These are very small replacement SMD 0402 size 1A Quick-blow fuses for Playstation 4 Slim & Pro consoles only. These are smaller than the original console version. If you have a PS4 PRO or SLIM model, this is the fuse you require.

Fits both: F6201 & F6202 - These 2 fuses often blow at the same time.

*Please note, 0402 is the fuse size. These are for the Pro & Slim versions of PS4 consoles only.
