Returns & Refunds Policy

We understand that our customers may need to return items and we make it very easy for you. All items sold on fast-pc ltd have a 30 Day no quibble return to base warranty from the date of receipt unless otherwise specified. We also understand that things don't always go to plan and mistakes do happen from time to time.

All items can be returned for refund or exchange within 30 days of receipt. Please include your name, item/order number and the reason for return with your item to avoid delays.

You may also use our pre-made form, just print out and complete our RMA (Returns Merchandise Authorization) form.

 

Important information:.

All items sold carry a 30 day RTB (Return To Base) limited warranty. All returns are at the customers expense unless there is a fault or we have sent your item incorrectly. If this unfortunate circumstance occurs we will refund the minimum postage cost so you are not out of pocket. 

When sending a returned item you should make sure you use a service that has a proof of posting receipt. This is free in the UK by Royal Mail. You just need to ask for it. You may also use a Recorded delivery service, but please note we don't cover costs of recorded postage for items under £20 as these are covered when making claims under the free proof of posting that Royal Mail issue.

Please note: High value and vulnerable items carry our security & warranty seal. If this is removed prior to return you will forfeit any rights to a refund or replacement
