Battery information

Batteries are classed as Hazardous goods. Many postal providers such as Royal Mail and most couriers are not allowing batteries into their postal networks - failure to comply with postal restrictions can result in prosecution from the relevant companies & CAA (Civil Aviation Authority).

 

 

What this means for customers who require batteries:

It simply means that any order containing a battery will have to be sent using an appropriate approved courier and delivery estimation times may vary. 

Any items ordered with batteries may be shipped separately.
