Repair Terms & Condtions
By signing our Authorisation form you are agreeing with all the below:
The Authorisation form must be completed and signed for the repair to go ahead. We will not start any work on your device until we receive authorisation. If authorisation is forgotten there may be a delay in processing your repair. We will accept a photo or scan via email of the signed Authorisation form.
Initial postage of the device is covered by the buyer
Whilst every attempt is made to repair and return your device in the same day, during busy periods we may require a little extra time. If this occurs we will always email to let you know the ETA.
The service purchased is the only service that will be provided at the price shown. If further work is required please let us know beforehand. Any extra work will be advised. Should you wish to go ahead it will be invoiced separately. Please include as much information as possible on the Authorisation form.
All devices are photographed and inspected prior to being worked on and also once the repair is completed. In some cases a video to show full working order is required. If further work other than the service purchased is required we will contact you before starting.
Although every precaution is made to preserve your data and most repairs won't affect data on your device, we are not responsible for any data loss, hardware failure, or any damage that may occur whilst repair work is being carried out. We will always take care when attempting to repair your device. Where possible we will always try and preserve data & hardware. Please make a backup before sending your device.
On rare occasions attempting to repair a fault may lead to another which is beyond our control.
Should your device not be repairable we will notify you and return the device. A full investigation and diagnosis sheet will be provided. We will only charge for diagnosis at a cost of £12. This will be deducted from the amount paid and the rest refunded.
If your device is dented or bent we may have to force it back into shape or make space for the repair to go ahead. Authorisation for this is already included when you sign the Authorisation form unless otherwise notified prior to receipt.
We always source the best AAA grade products for use in our repair services. All parts are the highest quality 3rd party replacements and usually function the exact same as the original did. While every attempt as been made to source top quality parts differences may be noticeable from the original. Please note; We do not fit original genuine Apple parts. If you require original parts, please contact Apple for repair.
We offer a limited 6 months warranty on all our repairs.
The warranty excludes accidental damage, general wear and tear, water damage and any un-notified underlying faults.
If a screen, battery or part fitted by us fails within 6 months you are entitled to return the device to us for re-repair and replacement of the part. You will be responsible for return postage. We will inspect the fault and fit a new part. We do not issue refunds before inspection.
