Payment

When paying instantly via paypal all goods purchased are insured up to £500 and the customer is covered by the ebay buyer protection programme. We only send to the address registered on Ebay.

Delivery

If you order before 4pm we aim to get your order dispatched the same day. If there are any substantial changes to the delivery times you will be notified via email.

• All items are sent out with Royal Mail from our Rotherham warehouse in south Yorkshire, UK.
• All items paid for before 4pm Mon-Fri will be dispatched the same day.
• Items paid for after 4pm will be dispatched the next working day.
• Items paid for after 4pm on Friday will be dispatched on Monday.
• We use royal mail 2nd class business post to send all items.
• Recorded delivery is available at an extra cost on all items. If required, please add this at the checkout.
• Overseas items are sent via airmail. Most small value items are sent without tracking. If you require tracking please contact us before checkout.
• Once your item has been dispatched you will receive an automated email confirmation note.

Money Back Guarantee

If the item(s) you receive are not representative of the eBay description you may return the item(s) for replacement or refund within 14 days from the date of the postage stamp. Please keep the packaging as evidence of receipt. Shipping charges are only refunded if we are at fault. All returned items must be in their original packaging and include all extras and original documentation. All unwanted items returned without fault will incur a 20% restocking fee.

Items Not Received / Lost

UK Customers

• Whilst all items are dispatched daily via Royal Mail 2nd class business post and most buyers receive their items the next day, this isn't a next day delivery service and your item may take longer to be delivered.
• Please be aware, as a uk business we are bound by royal mail's rules and regulations regarding missing/lost items. These regulations state that we cannot investigate a lost item claim until after the 15th working day from the date of dispatch. We would kindly appreciate your co-operation in this instance.
• Please do not ask us to investigate a lost item until after the 15th working day.
• Please do not ask us for recorded tracking information if you didn't add this at checkout.

Overseas Customers

• All overseas items are dispatched daily via Royal Mail airmail and delivery times can vary greatly.
• We kindly ask all overseas customers to allow 28 days for delivery.
• Please be aware, as a uk business we are bound by royal mail's rules and regulations regarding missing/lost items. These regulations state that we cannot investigate an overseas lost item claim until after the 28th day from the date of dispatch. We would kindly appreciate your co-operation in this instance.
