Don't worry about taking your computer into a shop and leaving it there for days until the repair is done. We'll come to you and repair your PC in your own home or place of work wherever possible. If we can repair your problem on-site we will.

We aim to visit you on the same day of your call as we understand how important your computer is to you. Our technician is very polite and friendly so you will feel at ease inviting him into your home.

We charge a flat rate fee of just £25 for the first hour which includes the callout fee, fault diagnosis & petrol costs. Then its £15 for every extra hour. If a computer repair is going to take several hours we will inform you before starting and you will be given the option for us to take away the computer for repair. This will be charged at a standard rate for repair and not per hour. We guarantee to be cheaper than your nearest computer repair shop.

Callout hourly charges are exclusive of parts.

Please note: if we need to take your pc or laptop away for repair you will be only be charged a flat rate fee which the technician will discuss beforehand. Your under no obligation to have any repair work carried out. 

 

Here's a breakdown of just some of the work we carry out and the estimated times for repair:

Times are estimates only and can vary depending on age of system, build and serverity of fault(s)

 

• System speedup and cleanup = 1 hour
• Virus removal = 30mins - several hours (we may need to take your computer away for repair)
• Broadband setup = 30mins to 1 hour
• Network setup = 30mins to 1 hour
• Printer setup = 30mins to 1 hour
• Installation of new parts = 30mins to 1 hour (depending on amount of parts)
• Windows re-installation = 30mins to 2 hours (quicker if no backup is required)
• Laptop Screens & power port replacement = Take away (1-3 days) standard fixed price given
• Data recovery = time taken depends on amount of data to backup

 

We also offer a remote access service for minor issues that can be resolved without callout.  These will be billed via Paypal at the flat rate of £10 per half hour. Open to all customers.
